Welcome to the User Agreement for Tipclub, Inc ("Tipclub"). This agreement describes the terms on which you may access and use our services. In order to become a Tipclub user, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms, you may not use or access our services. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting amended terms on this website. Your continued use of the Tipclub service indicates your acceptance of the amended User Agreement.
Tipclub is a business service offered to enable professionals to find, connect, and manage relationships with other professionals.
Subscribing to the Tipclub website and newsletter are free. Other services and memberships (premium and group memberships, for example) are provided for a fee. Tipclub reserves the right to charge for premium services or any portion thereof, modify the pricing of, add to, or discontinue the Tipclub Service or any portion thereof without prior notice. ALL YEARLY AND QUARTERLY MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Tipclub will automatically charge monthly membership fees to a credit card supplied by a respective member. Monthly premium memberships can be cancelled at any time. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of your current month's paid membership fee. Tipclub is not available to minors under the age of 18 or to any users suspended or removed from the system by Tipclub for any reason. Additionally, users are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring your Tipclub membership to another party. If you do not qualify for membership, you may not use the Tipclub.com website. Members must have a physical presence in the respective region they are applying for on the application.
Use of the Tipclub.com website is governed by this User Agreement. Tipclub may refuse service without prior notice to any user for any or no reason. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and membership, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or membership with or without your knowledge. If you knowingly provide your login and password information to another person, your membership privileges may be suspended temporarily or terminated. You agree to immediately notify Tipclub of any unauthorized use of your password or membership or any other breach of security. Tipclub cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
You agree that Tipclub may, with or without cause, immediately terminate your Tipclub membership and access to the Tipclub Service without prior notice. There are no refunds for any fees paid. Without limiting the foregoing, the following will lead to a termination by Tipclub of a user's use of the Tipclub Service (a) breaches or violations of this User Agreement or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (c) a request by you (self-initiated membership deletions), (d) unexpected technical issues or problems, and (e) extended periods of inactivity. Termination of your Tipclub membership includes (a) removal of access to all offerings within the Tipclub Service, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your membership (or any part thereof), and (c) barring further use of the Tipclub Service. Further, you agree that all terminations shall be made in Tipclub's sole discretion and that Tipclub shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your membership or access to the Tipclub Service.
Yearly and quarterly memberships are nonrefundable. Monthly memberships can cancel anytime to discontinue your membership to the Tipclub premier membership and stop the monthly billing. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of your current month's paid membership fee.
